Business Networking Iftar

On Thursday, February 26, the American Turkish Friendship Association (ATFA) hosted a Business Networking Iftar at the American Legion in Fairfax, Virginia, bringing together members of the local business community for an evening of connection and dialogue during the month of Ramadan.

The event was organized in collaboration with the Central Fairfax Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club of Fairfax, and the Mid-Atlantic Chamber. More than 50 business leaders and professionals attended the gathering, creating a welcoming space for networking, conversation, and relationship building.

While observing the spirit of Ramadan, participants had the opportunity to meet one another, exchange ideas, and explore potential collaborations. The program encouraged meaningful engagement between professionals from different sectors of the Northern Virginia business community.

Several attendees shared positive feedback about the experience, noting the value of connecting with new colleagues in a friendly and inclusive setting. One participant who attended an iftar gathering for the first time described the evening as both inspiring and educational.

The Business Networking Iftar reflects ATFA’s broader efforts to bring together professionals, community leaders, and organizations through events that promote dialogue, cooperation, and community engagement throughout Northern Virginia.
