The Turkish American Community of Northern Virginia extends their most heart-felt sympathies to the people of Haiti in their time of suffering and loss. As a community we share your pain as we too suffered a similar tragedy when, in 1999, Turkey experienced an earthquake as well. It is our sincere prayer that out of the suffering and loss, you will too find strength and compassion from your neighbors around the world.
